**Housekeeper Duties / Requirements:**

* Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working and living environment for staff and residents inside and outside the facility.

* Demonstrate a working knowledge of all facility equipment, systems, commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures and facility cleaning.

* Demonstrate cooperative teamwork in all duties, as well as effectively function independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in an organized and efficient manner. Demonstrate ability to problem solve.

* Responsible for being courteous, polite and professional to all residents, family members, supervisors, staff and community contacts at all times.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Report any suspected abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation, or neglect of a resident to the appropriate agencies as outlined in the facility Policies and Procedures manual.

* Perform work on weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed, depending on assigned shifts. Follow a monthly staffing schedule for housekeeping and laundry.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift most of the time.

* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

* May be exposed to blood/body fluids.

* Must pass a background check

* Our Company follows WA Proclamation 21.14.1 which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons, no later than October 18, 2021.

Salary starts at $14.00 per hour
