Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Join Cascadia Health as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant and be part of an innovative and community-oriented group serving patients in Portland, Oregon. Cascadia Health's clinics offer patients access to full-spectrum Primary Care services working alongside a compassionate and multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that is working diligently to improve the lives of its patients throughout the community of Portland, Oregon.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 32 patient hours/8 admin hours
- Outpatient care only
- CME: $2,000 and 20hrs (2.5 days)
- Strong support team willing to mentor and train
- Diverse patient population, mostly 16 and older
- Onsite behavioral health support
- At least 5 years' experience required

Cascadia Health Centers offers an integrated and innovative approach to healthcare by providing mental health, addiction treatment, Primary Care and housing services to patients throughout the Portland metro area. Its four local facilities Cascadia Clackamas, Cascadia Garlington Health Center, Cascadia Plaza Health Center and Cascadia Woodland Park Health Center deliver comprehensive, convenient care to community members across the region.
