System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award‑winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. If you’re focused on building the foundation for your success in a team‑first culture that rewards your hard work, drive, and people skills, this is the job for you. Base hourly pay is $22/hour. Our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets. Candidate must be able to work weekends.
