You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on talent strategy and best practices. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a primary recruiting resource and advisor for all teams across the organization.****Job Description******Job Responsibilities*** Identifies hiring needs and works with hiring managers to clarify position requirements and develop recruitment strategy.* Guides hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and performs tasks as necessary including posting job ads, partnering with external agencies, sourcing talent, communicating with candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews and assessments, identifying cultural/position fit, gathering and providing feedback and offer management.* Assists with proactively driving active and passive candidate pipelines, including organizing and managing applicant tracking system.* Builds rapport with Hiring Managers and develops effective relationships within the organization.* Provide Weekly updates to Hiring Managers on the status of open positions.* Meet established KPI’s.* Maintain and manage accurate requisition and candidate records in Workday ATS.* Advises and supports all teams with recruitment and related best practices.* Advocates for company's value proposition to attract, engage, and retain key talent; Equally advocates for the candidate experience and perception.* Identifies, recommends, and implements operational improvements to streamline recruitment processes, gather metrics and increase efficiency.* Assists with employee referral management.* Assists with developing and updating job descriptions and offer letters.* Assists with defining and documenting standardized internal recruitment practices, processes and procedures.* Participates in training practices and provides training to other teams as required.* Stays current on company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.**Qualifications*** 3 - 5 years’ HR/Recruiting experience required* Educational background in HR, communication, or a psychology-related field preferred* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with appropriate sense of audience.* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with general recruitment mediums and ATS systems, Workday Recruiting experience preferred.* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Attentive to detail.* Handles multiple, complex projects, with minimal guidance, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines.* Works well with all levels of management, independently and as a member of various teams.* Flexible, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with quickly re-prioritizing.* Values and fosters a sensitive and supportive approach to a diverse working and living environment.* Committed to excellence and high standards.*Total Rewards at Enterprise:**You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.**Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.**The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $97,000, depending on level of skills and experience.**The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
