Palmstone Capital is part of the Palmstone Group, which builds and operates financial‑services businesses globally. We advise mid‑market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions. Our model combines institutional investment‑banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal‑originating systems. You’ll join our advisory team as a Vice President – a client‑facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management. You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship‑building, and closing. You’ll work on real transactions and build a network of founders, investors, and dealmakers across Europe, EMEA and the US – without needing to prospect from scratch.TasksAct as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exitsQualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory frameworkPresent and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signatureManage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagementCollaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategyParticipate in valuation discussions, capital‑structure design, and transaction executionRequirements3–10 years in B2B finance, commercial lending, real‑estate finance, or other high‑value transactional salesProven record closing complex or consultative dealsExcellent English communication skills (spoken & written)Self‑directed, professional, performance‑drivenBased within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones (Europe or UAE)BenefitsReal deal exposure – Work directly on live mandates with partners, contributing to valuation discussions, capital structure design, and transaction execution.Elite network access – Build direct relationships with founders, executives, and investors across Europe, the US, and emerging markets.Mentorship & development – Receive institutional training in capital markets, advisory processes, and negotiation, with structured partner feedback and ongoing support.Merit‑based progression – Advancement based purely on performance, not tenure.
