You won’t just launch marketing campaigns for features; you’ll be the pivotal liaison between Product and Growth teams, ensuring every payment innovation drives measurable, real‑world business growth for our providers. You’ll lead the marketing strategy for the full product lifecycle, from conducting deep market research for early‑stage ideation to defining positioning and messaging that ensures successful product adoption and growth. Responsibilities Own the GTM strategy for multiple Payments product lines, working closely with Product Managers to ensure alignment between development and market demand. Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to communicate effectively to target customers. Lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy for new product launches and lead adoption campaigns for existing features, ensuring effective messaging, positioning, and promotional plans. Create and coordinate localization of global product content such as website copy, case studies, blog posts, product documentation, and emails, ensuring consistent communication with product messaging and branding. Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Sales, and Growth Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of product strategies and a consistent customer experience. Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to understand customer pain points and industry trends, using insights to position products effectively. Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, churn, and revenue impact, using data and customer insights to optimize strategies and report on performance to leadership. Requirements 6+ years of provable experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments. 8+ years of provable experience in marketing overall. Demonstrable, repeated experience working closely with Product Managers to drive product lifecycles and GTM strategies. Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth. Strong analytical ability with experience in marketing analytics tools and a proven track record of using data to optimize strategies. Fluent English language skills to ensure seamless communication with departmental colleagues and internal stakeholders.
