In addition, make sure all accidents or breakdowns are handled appropriatelyResponds to system emergencies; investigates and completes accident reports, incidents, safety escalations, and customer complaints; including post-accident drug and alcohol testing according to policyMonitors and records employee absence and tardinessConducts applicable shifts pre-brief and debrief meetings, communicating announcements to the teamSupport the operations leadership team in daily operations management of dispatch, including mission assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates.
