Purpose: The CRNA provides anesthetic care for all patients in cooperation with the supervising physician, following Department of Anesthesiology standards and hospital policies. li>Administer anesthesia and related care, including pre-anesthetic preparation, induction, maintenance, emergence, post-anesthesia care, and peri-anesthesia support.Assumes responsibility and is accountable for controlled substances according to department and hospital policy and State and federal guidelines Performs according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
