Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Graduate of a School of Nursing or graduate of a Physical Therapist program. Minimum Experience: One year clinical/medical experience required.
Two years Medical/Surgical unit experience preferred.
Department/Unit Summary
Join our Total Joint Services team, where you will be responsible for the education, preparation and resource case management, discharge planning and the continuum care of the program. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the quality of care for the total hip and total joint replacement patients, and work with physicians and mid-level practitioners to facilitate the delivery of care and the Joint Commission requirements and National Patient Safety Standards.
