OpenPages Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking an OpenPages Solution Architect. Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled OpenPages Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OpenPages solutions. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can architect robust GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) frameworks, configure OpenPages modules, and integrate them seamlessly with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and document OpenPages architecture aligned with business requirements and compliance standards Design integrations with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, etc.) Configure OpenPages modules (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Audit, etc.) based on client needs Develop workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities Provide guidance to development teams on best practices for OpenPages customization and deployment Ensure adherence to standards and security protocols Implement APIs and connectors for data exchange between OpenPages and other systems Manage data migration and cleansing activities Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment Conduct workshops and training sessions for end‑users and technical teams REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred 7 years in IT solution architecture with at least 3 years focused on OpenPages Proven track record of hands‑on OpenPages implementation and customization Strong knowledge of OpenPages architecture and modules Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs Experience with cloud platforms, WebSphere, and DB2 Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications OpenPages certification Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance standards Familiarity with AI/ML integration for risk analytics The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
