Sales Executive

One of our clients is in search of a Sales Executive (Digital Media) to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a skilled "hunter" with a solid foundation in driving new business revenue through cold outreach strategies. As a Sales Executive, you will use your outreach skills in a full sales cycle role to identify leads, schedule meetings, close deals and establish long-term relationships. This role offers a path to a successful career in digital advertising sales with uncapped earning potential. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable sales professionals and report to their National Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold-outreach tactics including emails cold calls and LinkedIn messages.
- Apply a thorough understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections, close accounts and achieve your revenue goal.
- Work closely with their Customer Success and Account Management teams to build relationships while growing and renewing accounts.
- Occasionally travel to meet with clients face-to-face and represent the company at industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM.
- Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress
- Analytical thinker: ability to solve problems using data and marketing performance.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to provide world-class, professional client service and support.
- Desire to work in Digital Marketing / Advertising
- A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
- Energetic and self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree
- Goal-driven and competitive
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- Attention to detail; organized and metric-driven
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a hunter role (preferably in a relatable industry)
