Overview We’re seeking a Controller to join our leadership team and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, cash management, and reporting. This role is critical in guiding our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth as we expand our impact. About Our Company At Delicious Unlimited, we’re on a mission to empower healthy eating habits in early childhood—one scratch-made meal at a time. Each day, we deliver more than 30,000 fresh, nutritious meals to over 300 daycare and school locations across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. We’re seeking a Controller to join our leadership team and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, cash management, and reporting. This role is critical in guiding our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth as we expand our impact. What You’ll Do: Oversee accounting, cash management, AP/AR, and reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Provide insights to guide strategic decisions and growth Manage audits, compliance, and internal controls Build, lead, and mentor the accounting team What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, 3+ in leadership Food service/catering industry experience preferred Strong Excel and accounting software skills Detail-oriented, organized, and integrity-driven Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Job details Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Food and Beverage Services Join our family-owned business and help shape the financial future of a company making a meaningful difference in children’s lives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
