Clinic Receptionist - Bluebell Family Medicine - Full TimeWe are looking for an organized and friendly Clinic Receptionist to join our practice in Bluebell Family Medicine. This full‑time role is essential in ensuring patients receive smooth, efficient care from check‑in to check‑out.What you will do:Greets patients and visitors, verify their information and enter data into the computer system.Conducts insurance verifications, scans insurance cards, and updates the system.Schedules appointments for patients.Collects copayments, balances due, and processes other payments.Maintains accurate patient database and records.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Completion of Medical Secretary program preferred.Preferred: at least one year of experience in a clinic setting.Strong written and spoken English skills; ability to communicate with patients and staff.Salary & Hours:Full‑time; 32 hours per week (hours may vary).Benefits:Personalized health insurance plans.Health coverage effective on day one.Retirement plan with company match.Paid time off.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness programs.About Bluebell Family Medicine:Bluebell Family Medicine is a trusted primary‑care practice committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
