For more information, go to beyondyoga.com.The Analyst, B2B and Digital Sales Tools is the go-to expert for Beyond Yoga’s B2B platform (NuOrder) and digital sales technologies. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of digital tools, driving data-driven sales insights, and supporting the sales team with analytics and process improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales technologies and deliver actionable reporting that supports strategic decision-making.## About the Job* **NuOrder Platform Management:** + Own day-to-day administration, onboarding, training, and optimization of NuOrder for the wholesale sales team. + Serve as the primary liaison with NuOrder's customer success team and internal stakeholders. + Troubleshoot platform issues and implement new features to enhance user experience.* **Digital Sales Tools & Analytics:** + Manage integrations between NuOrder, CRM, and other sales technologies. + Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and order flow. + Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.* **Process Automation & Improvement:** + Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales operations. + Document and optimize digital workflows, ensuring data integrity and usability.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Partner with Sales, IT, Merchandising, and Order Flow Management to support digital initiatives. + Provide training and support to sales team members on digital tools and best practices.* **Sales Enablement Support:** + Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking using digital tools. + Support the preparation of materials for sales meetings and tradeshows as needed.## About You* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or digital tools (apparel/wholesale preferred).* Deep familiarity with B2B platforms (NuOrder highly preferred), CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.* Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).* Experience training and supporting end users on digital platforms.This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.*The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,100 - $113,000 per year**.*** *We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
