The Team Lead will have a variety of responsibilities as they will supervise VSL and PVCC supervisors and oversee daily operations for both programs. This will include overseeing site management, scheduling, conducting and arranging team training, co-facilitating team meetings and co-reflections, providing back-up and on-call support, and participating as an operator on the line and peer specialist at the center. Team Lead duties include supporting the Program Director with quality assurance, data collection and analysis, supervising on-call scheduling, building and maintaining external partnerships, developing presentations, and offering training. Team Lead will co-design and implement a plan to increase participation and connection in these programs while upholding the mission of and fidelity to Peer Support.
