This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality software, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, and driving technical excellence aligned with our company's goals.What You Will DoUnify our product’s look and feel by converting disparate modules into a cohesive interface—standardizing layouts, enforcing consistent UI patterns, and streamlining cross-module user flows.Up-level our frontend tooling and best practices to drive a world class frontend developer experience.Update and maintain our component library to enforce a more standard UI throughout our application.Contribute to full‑stack product efforts - you will be expected to operate in the backend when needed.How we workThe engineering team here is a high‑ownership, fast‐paced, customer‑focused group.
