Overall responsibilities To provide direct engineering technician support to the manufacturing production lines including by not limited to:

Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of automated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing equipment used in the manufacturing process. Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with its specifications and that the product meets material qualifications.

Position duties and responsibilities Perform basic preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair and assist in complex repair of automated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing equipment. Capable of operating different machine operation in manufacturing department. On-time completion of all trainings and PMs as assigned Accurately and timely log maintenance performed on machines in database. Creation/modification of process documentation Modify machine programs and perform machine programming changes Collaboration with internal departments to complete tasks. (Purchasing, Quality, Operations, Planning, Facilities, Maintenance, etc.) Assist manufacturing engineering technicians in the production and process support of the manufacturing lines. Assist process engineers in Project tasks. (validation, testing, programming, installation, documentation, training, etc.) Assist with the movement and installation of machinery as required. Actively identifies improvements to process and equipment. Actively participates in improvement projects. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education, Qualification and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; and two years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanical aptitude; Blueprint reading; GD&T understanding; Proficient in intermediate level math
