Job Details
This role is responsible for supporting the Community Business Director with various tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.

Key Tasks
  • Assist with accounts receivable functions, including maintaining resident data and generating monthly billing statements.
  • Support the Community Business Director with accounts payable, coding invoices, and filing vendor files.
  • Run daily punch reports, correct missed punches, and assist with payroll functions.
  • Provide human resource support, including new hire orientation, enrollment, and personnel file maintenance.
  • Assist with month-end close procedures and account research as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Capacity to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
