Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Electric Assembler position with a company that designs, manufactures, and sells diesel generator accessory equipment.

Position Details
Location: Batavia, OH
Compensation: $25-$28+/hr depending on qualifications and experience Shift differential for off shifts.
Shift: M-F; Openings on all shifts, 8, 9, or 10 hours - Saturday and Sunday, as needed and scheduled in advance (1st: 6am-2:15pm; 2nd :2pm-10:15pm; 3rd :10pm-6:15am)
Travel: All work is conducted at the facility.

Position Description
As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
•Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
•Bend and install conduit.
•Pull wire, wire circuits, 4-way switches.
•Perform electrical tests for continuity.
•Accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).
•Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Position Requirements
•Veteran Technicians, preferably with an electrical/electronic background.
•Do not need to be an electrician, but 3+ years of on-the-job experience in a related field or industry (Military experience) would be great.
•Civilians interested in the position should have 3+ years of on-the-job experience in a related field or industry and a solid work history.
•Ability to lift and maneuver components a minimum of 50 lbs.
