We are accredited by Nadcap for Chemical Processing, Aluminum Heat Treating, Prime and Topcoat Painting, and Resistance and Fusion Welding.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled painter to join our manufacturing facility's paint department. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting non-critical aerospace parts for various customers, working in a paint booth utilizing an HVLP paint gun.Location:Fort Worth Tx, 76140Job Duties:•Knowledge of specific paint types and paint processes•Ability to adjust paint guns and mix paint correctly•Experience with top coat application•Proficiency in viscosity measurements•Utilize HVLP paint gun•Mix paint according to job specifications•Ensure quality and precision•Paint small components used for sub-assembliesShift and Pay:•1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM•Schedule: Monday-Thursday (Friday OT as needed, usually 6 AM - 12 PM)•Pay: $20-$25/hr (Depending on experience)•Must be willing to work overtime when requiredPosition Requirements:•HVLP gun experience•Extensive knowledge in paint types and mixing processesPerformance Expectations:•Fast-paced, proactive, and able to learn quickly.•Ability to maintain high qualityCompany Benefits:•Full benefits- 401K match, dental, medical, vision•Climate Controlled•Opportunity for over time•Direct PlacementAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
