Aeris powers connected smart devices and offers innovative solutions such as the Aeris Mobility Suite (AMS), a leading platform for automotive OEMs like Volkswagen and Mitsubishi. As Director of Product Management, you will lead product innovation around the AMS platform and define strategy for Software‑Defined Vehicles (SDV). Your role includes cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams to deliver high‑impact products. Key Responsibilities Develop product strategy, vision, and objectives for the SDV portfolio. Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Create product roadmaps and communicate plans to stakeholders. Define user stories from market insights. Oversee product lifecycle—from development and launch to ongoing maintenance. Establish performance metrics, including market share and revenue KPIs. Prepare long‑term financial projections for the next five years. Manage product budget and allocate resources with engineering, sales, and marketing. Collaborate on go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy to bring products to market. Act as the customer voice throughout development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of product management or solution architecture experience in the automotive industry. Deep knowledge of automotive ecosystems and next‑generation connected car challenges. Proven track record of leading product teams and driving strategy and development. Solid understanding of automotive architecture and connected‑car solutions. Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Innovative mindset and passion for groundbreaking solutions. Strategic thinking with balance between long‑term vision and short‑term execution. Leadership that empowers collaboration and team growth. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: 160,000 – 208,000 USD per year (U.S.). Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
