Job Summary The Senior Vice President of People and Culture provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Departments. The Senior Vice President is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent/HR management goals. Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the administration of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance management, recognition, and occupational health and safety. Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying informed about industry trends and best practices to update policies and ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant. Identify and implement HR systems and tools to enhance employee experiences, improve decision-making, and streamline processes such as talent management and performance tracking. Provide guidance and leadership to HR and talent acquisition teams, resolving complex HR, compensation, and benefits issues. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to position Navaide as an employer of choice, leveraging social media, partnerships, and branding strategies to attract top talent. Oversee corporate communications to ensure alignment between internal culture and external messaging, reflecting Navaide’s values and mission. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required, additional years of experience may be substituted.
