Milaca Elim Meadows, a 5-star rated, 70-bed senior care campus with a 12-bed Rehab Unit, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled team. In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents lives. We are seeking a positive and upbeat individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering up to a $5,000 Bonus
There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available Plus we offer shift differentials and career advancement
Wage: $18.80 / hour. $3 / hour shift differential for Night shift
Shifts Available:
Night: 11:00pm to 7:15am
FT is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. PT is eligible for a $2,500 Bonus.
*Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.

What does a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) require?
+ Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
+ Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
+ Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
