Impact As the Home Study Post-Release Services (HSPRS) Program Director, you will oversee a nationwide team that helps unaccompanied children reunite safely with families and sponsors. You will manage program operations, ensure compliance with ORR standards, and support staff in providing culturally responsive, trauma‑informed services. Qualifications Master of Social Work (MSW) or a degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other behavioral science field; or a bachelor’s plus approximately five years of relevant experience. 2‑5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in child welfare or a related field. Experience working in ORR programs preferred. Project management experience, including financial and managerial responsibilities. Knowledge of family preservation, kinship care, child welfare policies, laws and regulations. Specialized experience conducting Home Studies, providing Post Release Services, and working with immigrant populations. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; travel may be required.
