PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess strengths, weaknesses, and presenting problems through completion of assessment tools and intake screening interview Uses assessment information to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan Provide individual and family therapy Communicate with supervisor, physician and other treatment staff regarding observations and treatment interventions Complete necessary documentation in accordance with service records requirements, Medicaid guidelines, and other insurance requirements. Creates, reviews, and modifies crisis plan as needed Monitors, evaluates and records clients progress according to treatment plan
QUALIFICATIONS
A Masters Degree in a human service field (social work, psychology, counseling) LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina
**HRSA approved site offering student loan repayment assistant program for fully-licensed clinicians**
