About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports professional staff by delivering direct patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM). This role prioritizes patient comfort and safety on a daily basis.

  • This is a Monday - Friday position.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a home care setting
  • Certified Nursing Licensure/Certification with current certification in your state of residence
  • Reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance, and a valid driver's license
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Basic computer skills, including understanding computer manipulation, managing files, and using spreadsheets
