Hospice of Central Pennsylvania was founded in 1979. Our mission is one of providing support for individuals and families who are coping with any type of life-limiting illness through professional, compassionate, people centered care. We care for individuals and families through the coordinated delivery of emotional, physical and spiritual support of the highest quality. HCP is currently seeking an experienced RN to complete our weekend nights team.
The responsibilities of the weekend nights RN are but not limited to the following:
- Triage of phone calls from patients and families
- Responding to emergent needs
- Admission of a patient to Hospice service
- Performing routine home visits within our 9 county service area
