Job Title: Skilled Nursing LPN Staff Nurse
Job Specialty: Nursing

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
License: Licensure for the state of practice required
Certifications: BLS
Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Job Description:

- Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner.
- Administer medications and treatments following nursing standards of practice.
- Update care plans as needed.
- Comply with all related laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Fulfill obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.
- Handle supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing complaints.
- Foster an environment for employee engagement.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Work environment noise level is moderate.
- Lift up to 35 lbs as part of the job's physical demands.
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
