You'll report to the Commercial Director of North America, with strong mentorship and collaboration from our Head of Product Training in the UK. As the go-to expert in the region, you will not only create and deliver impactful training but also play a key role in high-profile go-to-market events across the U.S., helping to shape our market presence and connect with the photography and creative software communities.

Why You will love this role:

This role requires 30-40% travel during peak seasons, including opportunities for international trips to Europe for onboarding and quarterly business meetings.

If you're an experienced trainer, educator, or product specialist with a passion for storytelling, photography, and digital workflows—this is your chance to be part of something big.

What you will do

  • Deliver virtual & in-person training for customers, partners, resellers and photography schools & universities in North America, ensuring they maximize the use of Capture One's software.
  • Localize and implement the global training strategy, working closely with the Head of Product Training (UK) to tailor content for the regional market.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials (demo scripts, training guides, FAQs) to support commercial teams.
  • Create and update training content (video tutorials, presentations, interactive guides) in collaboration with Content & Product Marketing.
  • Represent Capture One at trade shows, workshops, and industry events, delivering live training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing customer education, onboarding, and advanced workflow training for professional photographers, studios, enterprise clients and photography schools.
  • Gather feedback & training insights, working with Product & Support teams to refine training programs and improve customer adoption.
  • Collaborating with industry leaders and educators in the US to influence how they communicate about and teach others to utilize Capture One, showcasing the software in the best possible manner while consistently leveraging the latest tools and innovations.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product training, technical education, or enablement, ideally in software, SaaS, or the creative industry.
  • Photography & post-production knowledge – Understanding of Capture One's software, professional workflows, and color grading is a plus.
  • Engaging presenter & trainer – Confident in leading virtual and in-person sessions, webinars, and industry events.
  • Strong instructional design skills – Experience creating compelling training programs, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and guides.
  • Customer-focused mindset – Passionate about helping users maximize their experience with Capture One's software.
  • Collaborative team player – Works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption.
  • Self-starter & independent worker – Thrives in a fast-paced, international team environment.
  • Experience in event & industry engagement – Comfortable representing Capture One at trade shows, workshops, and go-to-market events in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with training platforms – LMS, webinar tools, and video editing software.
