**Job Title: Hydraulic Assembly**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated candidates for the Hydraulic Assembly role. A successful candidate will work within a small assembly line working with hydraulic hose components. This involves using hand tools and other necessary tooling such as crimpers. The primary responsibility will be crimping hoses and fittings onto the hoses. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing team and directly report to the OEM manager.

**Job Type**
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in PELLA, Iowa.
**Work Environment**
This is a full-time, fully on-site role in Pella, Iowa. The work schedule is 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, currently extended to 6am-4:30pm. There may also be some Saturday times to work from 6-11:30am. The work environment is not climate-controlled. The team size is approximately 34 people. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and provided safety vest and glasses. Potential for shorts during the summer season. The team is aiming to minimize overtime caused by supply chain issues.
