Continuous absenteeism will not be tolerated as it affects colleagues and the whole operation./ppAppearance: To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times in accordance with the procedures and the requirements of the company./ppCooperation: To cooperate with staff, colleagues, and superiors at all times./ppCommunication: To communicate constantly with Cage Assistant HHR Manager, with regard to matters arising during money count./ppDrop: Secure terminal keys, remove currency from terminals, separate currency, count and verify currency, count and verify teller banks, count and secure teller bank bags, count, count and verify ending safe totals, input the daily data into computer from reports, send cash flow teller reports to specific emails, and take deposits and change orders to the bank./ppTo assist in floor duties when required. Extensive money handling experience and organizational skills. To have a complete understanding of the WHR employee handbook and adhere to the regulation contained within. Maintain confidentiality concerning company procedures, all company collections (money) from the terminals, safes, company operations and customer information./ph3Operational/h3pTo collect and count the terminal cash drop box and voucher cassettes in a secure manner and in accordance with all relevant procedures./ppTo fulfill the position, you are allocated by the supervisor in a manner pursuant to the procedures./ppTo complete all procedures in a secure manner and according to all procedures./ppTo complete the collection and count with accuracy but timely fashion./ppTo assist in the transfer of money to the vault room./ppTo ensure that the Count Room is clean before leaving./ppTo handle with care all equipment used during the collection and counting process./ph3Equipment/h3pUndertake limited technical duties under supervision./ppEnsure optimum operation and minimal down time by reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor./ppMust have a thorough knowledge of Count Room equipment operation./ppResponsible and accountable for all keys issued to him/her whilst on duty./ppMust not carry out major technical repairs./ph3Staff/h3pTo ensure high standards of workmanship and enforce the procedures, rules, and policies of the department and the company./ppTo help train new Count Room attendants in all procedures as required or directed by superiors./ph3Occasional Duties/h3pTo carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned./ppWyoming Horse Racing offers competitive wages, medical, dental and vision insurance plus paid time off./ppSuccessful candidates must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen./p/div
