Overview Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomfield, CT for a Recruiting Director in Financial Services. The Recruiting Director will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and providing consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and evaluating candidates, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
