Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a full time experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct Manage workers compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development Utilize HR software systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, Taleo, and Salesforce to streamline HR processes Skills: In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations Experience with HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent Strong understanding of affirmative action planning and compliance requirements Proficiency in HR software systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, Taleo, and Salesforce Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for HR management and possess the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
