Job Location Best Buy 135 - Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 Job Type Full‑Time, Regular Overview If you are passionate about cutting‑edge technology and excel at customer service, join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in a Best Buy store. You will promote Samsung devices such as phones, tablets, wearables and more. Day‑in‑the‑Life Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers. Provide product information and recommendation that meets customer needs. Build relationships with Best Buy associates, leadership, and customers. What’s in it for you? Understand and recommend products that fit customer needs. Build confidence in Samsung products for employees and customers. Attain or exceed personal and store sales goals. Maintain retail brand standards, merchandising, security, installation. Complete display resets and daily reporting on sales performance. Performance Measurements Regular attendance and punctuality. Accurate daily sales reporting. Meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quota. High customer/customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of Samsung product portfolio. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and multitask in fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
