Chief Operating Officer - Potential Pathway to CEO Pharma Manufacturing (Las Vegas, NV) Commercial + Operational Leadership Strong Salary, Bonus + Equity I’m supporting a next-gen pharma manufacturer in Las Vegas, on the cusp of commercialization that will see tremendous growth. The site is fully automated end-to-end (fill-to-finish, inspection, labeling, serialization). We’re hiring a commercially driven operator who can run the plant and scale the business fast. 💼 The Role - Build the Operation & the Business 🔶 Commercial & Growth Leadership Develop the go-to-market + client acquisition strategy (hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, GPOs, specialty providers, CDMOs). Use industry relationships to secure early revenue. Prioritise high-margin products, influence pricing, shape the commercial roadmap. Work on partnerships, RFPs, distribution, national scaling. Make fast, strategic decisions to hit revenue milestones. 🔧 Operational Leadership Lead all sterile injectable, aseptic, cGMP, 503B operations. Drive automation + data-driven Ops 4.0 (MES/LIMS/robotics). Own planning, budgets, capacity, KPIs, operational excellence. Build and scale a high-performing technical team. Ensure FDA/EMA compliance, mature quality systems, inspection readiness. Align operations to market needs for maximum speed and ROI. 📈 Strategic Building Shape the long‑term plan, capital strategy, and expansion roadmap. Operate as a core exec leader in building a national platform.
