Service Porter

Rosen Automotive is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships proudly serving customers in the Milwaukee and Madison area for years. Our store's goal is to meet our customers' needs and requirements. If we treat each other with respect, our customers will feel it, and the essentials of trust and relationship will be evident. We are currently in search of a Service Porter at our Rosen Ford location in Belleville WI located approximately 15 minutes southwest of Madison WI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shuttle Services: Safely shuttle customers to and from their desired locations when needed, providing excellent customer service during the commute. Excellent communication skills a must.
• Maintain Service Loaner Fleet: Keep our service loaner vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for customer use. Track the availability and condition of loaner vehicles.
• Service Lane Support: Assist in the efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the service lanes, helping to expedite the service process.
• Vehicle Detailing: Provide meticulous detailing services for customer vehicles after service, ensuring they are returned in pristine condition.
• Parts Runs: Occasionally, you may be required to pick up or deliver parts for the service department, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers to our service department with a friendly and helpful attitude. When Service Advisors are not present in the drive ensure customers are walked to the advisor area and assisted promptly.  Make sure the customer is happy.

Working Hours:

This position offers flexibility and can be either part-time or full-time. Please specify the preferred schedule in your application.
