Hiring Range: Minimum $ 51,687 - Mid $ 62,651 Annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential members. Credit Union services are to be promoted using the "member benefit-based approach".
  • Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and OFAC Policies.
  • Prepares financial management information including the monthly financial package for the Board of Directors and Senior Management and division income statements.
  • Analyzes monthly financial performance and budget variances.
  • Assists with preparation of regulatory reports such as the NCUA Call Report and legal filings such as annual personal property tax returns.
  • Assists with the maintenance of the general ledger system and the core system general ledger.
  • Prepares and reconciles investment schedules. Also responsible for reconciling accrued interest and dividends, prepaids, and any other assigned reconcilements.
  • Responsible for maintaining fixed assets to include documentation, tagging, and inventorying.
  • Assists with the annual budgeting process by researching and gathering information.
  • May be assigned other tasks by appropriate line supervision.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software especially Excel but also including Windows, Word, Outlook Email /Calendar and Internet Explorer. Experience with general ledger systems preferred.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
