The mission of the Department of Family Medicine is to train high quality family physicians while providing excellent patient care and building new knowledge in family medicine. The department is heavily involved in the education of medical students during all four years of their training and has a significant presence in the Dean s Office. As an MUSC faculty member, you will have access to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, advanced technologies, and direct support from our clinical centers of excellence.
