Foreclosure Specialist

Our client, a leader in the Financial Corporation a premier provider of title, settlement, and risk solutions for real estate transactions, is seeing a Foreclosure Specialist to join their team at Las Vegas Nevada 89145 (Onsite)

****This is a 6+ months contract-to-hire opportunity****

Job Description:

• Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process (start off w/department mail (searching through files, resorts), reviewing titles and reinstatement quotes for owners, before getting into foreclosure process)
• Responsible for assisting in the day to day processing of foreclosures.
• Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
• Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
• Searches and reviews bankruptcy matter per written procedure.
• Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
• Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
• Coordinates and processes all mailings.
• Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
• Orders and reviews title reports using multiple applications.
• Working with confidential and proprietary information. Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
• Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands
• Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail.
