Morning Line Cook

Salary: $18.00 / Hour Employment Type: Full-time or Part-Time Shifts Available Benefits: 2 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off), Immediate Hiring, Great Advancement Opportunities Join our team as a Line Cook, where you will be an essential part of our kitchen operation. We are looking to fill a shift that starts at 3:45 AM. As a Line Cook, you can expect to: Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items. Maintain a proper and organized kitchen set-up each day. Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly for freshness. Manage the setup, cleaning, and breakdown of kitchen machinery and equipment. Maintain stock and ensure quality storage of perishables. Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required. Take responsibility for the quality of the products served. Perform cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to meet health standards. Assume additional duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum age of 18 years. At least one year of experience in a food service environment. A high school diploma (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to read, speak, and understand English for effective communication with guests. Basic mathematical skills.
