OverviewIdentity Digital is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of next-generation infrastructure products that leverage our DNS expertise to power identity and authentication capabilities. Backed by top-tier PE investors, we are moving quickly to leverage AI and agentic AI across our market leading DNS portfolio.This role reports to the VP, Product Strategy and works with the General Manager, Innovation Labs to develop and implement strategic initiatives.What You’ll DoDefine and execute product roadmaps for components of the agentic identity platform, aligning with platform strategy and business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the digital identity and agentic AI ecosystems to identify opportunities and inform positioning.Develop go-to-market strategies with business development and marketing teams, focusing on registry, enterprise adoption, and developer engagement.Present product vision, strategy, and progress to executive stakeholders.Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and technical design documents.Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs covering technical requirements and user experience.Collaborate with engineering to make architectural decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure feasibility of solutions.Coordinate with platform engineering teams and architects across multiple technical domains and integration points.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design consumer and developer-facing experiences, API design, and enterprise admin interfaces.Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management processes and best practices.Define and track key product metrics and success criteria; use data-driven approaches to measure adoption, performance, and user satisfaction.Support agile development processes, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning with engineering teams.Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success for rollout to B2B and enterprise customers.Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate issues and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.Maintain awareness of evolving standards in digital identity, agentic AI technologies, and internet protocols.Build relationships with stakeholders in identity and agentic technology ecosystems to inform strategy and drive adoption.Model Identity Digital Values in all interactions and decisions.Other duties as assigned.Who You Are / What You Bring5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years on technical B2B or developer-facing products.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven track record of shipping complex technical products involving distributed systems, APIs, or infrastructure-level technology.Experience writing detailed technical requirements, PRDs, use cases, and user stories for engineering teams.Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and business audiences.Ability to quickly learn new technical domains with intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies.Familiarity with identity systems, authentication/authorization protocols, or security technologies (highly desired).Experience with DNS technologies, domain name infrastructure, or internet protocols (highly desired).Knowledge of blockchain technology (highly desired).Experience conducting competitive analysis and market positioning in emerging technology categories (highly desired).Experience with product analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term vision and tactical execution.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity in undefined problem spaces.Ability to travel as needed and work across time zones in a global organization.Reliable transportation to the workplace.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.LocationsThis is a hybrid position (1 day/week in office) and can be based from any of our US office hubs.Bellevue, WASalary RangeThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $199,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. Eligible for discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plans. Actual compensation influenced by qualifications, equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate’s current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.US team members and their eligible dependents are covered by medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions to a Health Savings Account, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. Vacation is 15 days per year, increasing to 20 days after one year; 5 days of paid sick leave; 13 paid holidays; and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents (12 weeks for others).
