Dietary Aide / Dishwasher - Part-TimeLiberty Health Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility Part-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | On-Site | Immediate Interviews Join a team that feels like family. Liberty Health Care Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dietary Aide / Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining services. This role is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. What You'll DoFood Service & Trayline Support Set up trayline and dining areas; verify diet cards for accuracy (allergies, textures, portions) Portion and plate meals according to recipes and physician-ordered diets Deliver and collect meal trays; assist with nourishments and hydration stations Provide friendly, respectful service to residents during mealtimes Dishwashing & Sanitation Operate the dish machine and 3-compartment sink safely and effectively Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils; store items properly Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, carts, and floors Assist with routine and rotating deep-cleaning tasks Kitchen & Team Support Assist cooks with basic food prep as needed Receive and store deliveries following safety and quality standards Communicate resident concerns or preferences to kitchen leadership Follow infection control, food safety, and HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read and follow diet cards and instructions Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Comfortable standing/walking for most of the shift Ability to lift 20-25 lbs regularly (up to 50-60 lbs occasionally) Food Handler/Sanitation certificate (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet employment and health requirements (background, drug screen, TB/health clearance) Schedule & Status Part-Time 8-hour shifts Weekend and holiday availability may be required Why You'll Love Working Here Friendly, supportive team environment Immediate interviews for qualified candidates Opportunity to grow within Dietary Services or other departments Competitive pay Benefits available for eligible employees, including: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life insurance Tuition support Apply Today If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to connect with you.
