The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $99,436.90 - $152,979.84 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Explore opportunities with us and apply today Responsibilities Position works in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Clinical or Nursing Services to provide nursing support for practice locations by consulting and advising clinicians on best practices, implementing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Provides oversight of nursing leadership and staff. Supports and adheres to The US Oncology Network Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Collaborates with practice management to support operational projects such as site Quality Committees, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative site assessments, Advancing Care Information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other projects as assigned. Facilitates implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence-based practices. Facilitates the implementation of standardized best practices within the organization and ensures care standards are consistent with community standards. Ensures incorporation of clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards. Staff Development: assess staffing levels and patient flow; assist with the development of company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs. Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics or region; maintain effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budget parameters; coordinate vacations, sick leave, and overtime in compliance with labor laws. Provide oversight for nurse leads and supervisors as applicable; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred. RN license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state. Current CPR certification required. Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience. Minimum three years of leadership experience. Oncology certification preferred. Working conditions: Traditional office environment; reasonable accommodations available for disability. Physical requirements: Large percent of time performing computer-based work; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; full range of body motion; corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
