Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex efficient queries, views, stored procedures, and user defined functions with MS T/SQL
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) utilizing, parameters, sub-reports, drill down technologies and subscriptions
  • Minimum 5 years of experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
  • Minimum 5 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with MVC and C# web application projects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing with web applications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Team Foundations Server (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Reviews documents, including requirements documents, testing plans, development plans and architectural plans in order to ensure that implementation of said documents and plans will result in the system required by the user
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects
  • Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education or Early Learning preferred


Education:


  • Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree
