Our ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader who knows how to inspire, scale, and execute. You’ll build, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales organization that blends human expertise with cutting-edge technology to drive results across P&C and Group Benefits lines. About the Company: We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled insurance brokerage using AI-powered service models to transform how small and midsize businesses access, purchase, and manage insurance. By combining cutting-edge technology with human expertise, we’re creating a new era of transparency, efficiency, and customer experience in the insurance industry. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $225k-$250k depending on experience + bonus $60 monthly stipend for cell phone Beautiful, central office in Brickell with company-paid parking, commute & schedule flexibility 401k eligible on first payroll. Company will match up to 4% of gross pay Unlimited PTO 14 annual holiday days: 13 scheduled and 1 floating holiday What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and scale a national SMB-focused sales team across P&C and Group Benefits. Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with our company’s revenue goals and client-first philosophy. Drive adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance productivity, prospecting, and client engagement. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market efforts and elevate the customer experience. Build strong carrier and partner relationships to support sustained business expansion. Travel frequently to key markets and industry events to represent the brand and open new opportunities.
