**Job Title: Mechanical Skid Assembler**Climate controlled facility**Pay varies based on years of experience $23-$28/hr****Job Description**The Mechanical Assembler is tasked with assembling fabricated parts into large or heavy subassemblies and complete units. This role involves testing and calibrating parts to meet tolerances and product specifications. Responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, pliers, drills, and impacts to assemble parts according to drawings/blueprints. Team collaboration is essential, as you will work both independently and with other assemblers. Additional duties include using a propane hand torch for shrink-wrapping products prior to shipping and adhering to workplace safety protocols, including proper tool usage, lifting techniques, and hazard identification.**Requirements**+ Use of hand tools (wrenches, pliers)+ Use of power tools (drills, impacts)+ Ability to read and follow drawings/blueprints+ Calibrating parts+ Shrink wrapping using a propane hand torch+ Skid assembly experience**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
