Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Full‑time | Hands‑On Manager with path to Director and Partner What You'll Do Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Manage, grow, and provide strategic oversight to a portfolio of 200‑300 clients. Conduct technical tax research and provide recommendations. Review QuickBooks financials; oversee multiple engagements to ensure accurate, timely delivery. Respond to IRS/state correspondence and supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff. Stay up‑to‑date on current tax laws and participate in compilation/review engagements. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred. 5+ years of recent public accounting experience. In‑depth knowledge of individual and business taxation. Recent hands‑on work in both prep and review. Proficiency in UltraTax and QuickBooks is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
