Do you have experience in Training, Career Development or HR and a related degree? If so we have a great opportunity for a fulltime summer position (June through August) as a Career Development Specialist in Waterbury CT. Position is 100% onsite, not remote.

Salary: $25 per hour based on experience ($1,000 per week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm 40 hours

What will you do:

Manage logistics for best-in-class early-career programs and processes. Provide L&D support for program delivery.
Create evaluations, track attendance, coordinate materials and produce reports, analytics and metrics for early-career, career and leadership development programs to ensure we continue to produce best-in-class programs.
Assist with Learning & Talent Management team communications. Includes developing monthly communications, sourcing, preparing, and executing communications.
Curate content in LinkedIn Learning and other resources to produce collections
Create learning resources to enhance employee engagement
Support L&TM team as needed.

What is essential for this job:

1-2 years of experience in Training, Career Development, OD and HR preferred
Demonstrated strong coordination/administration skills
Bachelor’s degree with HR certifications preferred
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong communication skills both verbal and through presentations
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, escalating as appropriate
Some facilitation, excellent communication, project management, and organization skills
