We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Safety Manager to join our team and ensure our properties meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards.


Job Summary: The Compliance and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance and safety within our property portfolio. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive safety and compliance programs.

* Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and compliance regulations.

* Train and educate staff on safety protocols and compliance requirements.

* Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and safety violations.

* Collaborate with property managers to address and resolve safety and compliance issues.

* Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.

* Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all safety and compliance activities.

* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in safety and compliance.


Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety and compliance role, preferably in property management.

* Experience in full-cycle Workers Compensation claims and prevention.

* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.


Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary.
