KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all Jeff’s Place programming, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed grief support for children, teens, adults, and families. Supervise and support clinical staff, interns, and volunteer facilitators, including clinical supervision and performance evaluations. Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of grief support groups and individual counseling services. Conduct clinical intakes and assessments with families to determine program readiness and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Maintain a small caseload of individual clients. Lead crisis response efforts in schools and the community following deaths or traumatic losses. Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for staff and volunteers. Maintain and enhance relationships with community partners, schools, and referral sources. Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical standards, and clinical documentation requirements. Stay current in the bereavement and mental health fields through continuing education, workshops, and conferences. Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership on program development, evaluation, and strategic planning. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree and licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in social work, counseling, expressive therapies, or a related clinical field. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including direct service with grief, trauma, and loss. Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and program oversight. Proficiency in clinical documentation and comfort using electronic record systems. Strong facilitation skills and experience leading therapeutic or psychoeducational support groups. Ability to work 1–2 evenings per week to accommodate group schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
